Dear OCE members,
Your bargaining team and OCE's bargaining team met with a mediator on Tuesday November 24, 2020.
The AOCE bargaing team has Tenatively Agreed on a contract. We were able to get 2% retro paid back to July 2020 and then another 2% in July 2021. We truly hoped for a better financial package, but sadly COVID-19 put a stop to that. We feel we did the best we could considering the sercomstances going on around the world.
What's the next step? Now, it is your turn to review it, and prepare to vote to accept or decline the proposed contract.

Document #1 is a copy of the contract with changes showed. You can scroll the document and look for changes in green.

The ratification vote will take place from November 30, 2020 at 6:00am and will end Thursday December 3, 2020 at 6:00am.
We understand it is a tight window to ratify this contract, but we are also trying to get our members a bit of a holiday bonus in the form of retro checks from the 2% should this contract vote get ratified.
